Q: How much do you charge for translation?

A: Our prices vary depending on the type of your document, for example, certified translation of the most documents, such as birth, marriage certificates, diplomas, etc. is $40 per page. Documents containing several pages usually quoted per page.

Q: What`s the difference between certified and standard translation?

A: Certified translation is word by word translation that is used in translation of the official documents and is accompanied by a certificate of accuracy.

Q: What is the price for standard translation?

A: In most cases the price is $0.12/word. Standard page includes appr. 500 words and will cost appr. $60. There is a $35 minimum charge for standard translation.

Q: How do I place my order?

A: Please send us a PDF file of your document via email at info@gttranslationgroup.com. We will promptly provide you with a quote and if you wish to proceed with the order, we will direct you to our payment page.

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my translation?

A: After receiving your payment, most documents delivered within two business days. Large orders take on average 3-4 business days.

Q: How will you deliver my translation?

A: Most clients choose a free PDF file delivery to their e-mail. We can also deliver your translated document by US mail. There is an additional $8 charge for US mail delivery. Please state your preferred delivery method before finalizing your order.

Q: I need in-person/phone interpreting. How can I book an interpreter?

A: Please contact us via "contact us" form or via email at info@gttranslationgroup.com and we will confirm our availability for in-person or virtual interpreting and provide you with a quote.

Q: Do you offer in person/virtual interpreting in Ukrainian?

A: No, we do not offer interpreting services for Ukrainian language. At the present moment we only offer certified translation from Ukrainian into English.
